Traffic to U.S. Jewelry Sites +26%
There is a disproportionate jump in the number of consumers visiting jewelry websites. According to comScore, traffic to online jewelry stores increased 26 percent in November compared to October.
As consumers headed to stores - both online and offline - to purchase gifts for the holiday, site visitors and foot traffic soared at certain locations. According to comScore's top 10 gaining sites, jewelry / luxury goods / accessories sites were the fourth largest gainers, following toys, consumer electronics and malls.

The Palladium Alliance International (PAI) sponsored a world premiere and after-party for the new Judd Apatow movie This Is 40, the "sort-of sequel" to Knocked Up, at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel here on Dec. 12. Attending celebrities were invited to peruse an on-site shop of palladium jewelry.
Designers including William Goldberg, Jacob & Co., Todd Reed, Pamela Froman, Alishan, Sholdt and Zeghani were all represented at the Palladium pop-up shop, offering styles ranging from pavé diamond and bezel-set gemstone pieces to bangles, cuffs and chandelier earrings.
